Responsibilities

  • - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • - Process customer orders and track shipments
  • - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • - Update customer records and maintain documentation
  • - Provide information about services, rates, and shipping regulations

Requirements

  • - High school diploma or equivalent
  • - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation
  • - Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • - Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
