Join our customer service team to provide excellent support to our clients. We need detail-oriented individuals who can handle client inquiries regarding shipment status, pricing, and services.
Responsibilities
- - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- - Process customer orders and track shipments
- - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- - Update customer records and maintain documentation
- - Provide information about services, rates, and shipping regulations
Requirements
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation
- - Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- - Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
